Manufacturing Process

Marvelous Medallion Manufacturing prides itself on producing labor-saving, one-piece, fully assembled medallions to ensure a seamless, flat surface once the medallion is in place. Precision-fit, homogenous, fully assembled medallions negate the possibility of installer errors associated with the delivery of multi-piece medallions.

Typically, waterjet medallions are connected using 1/8th-inch grout joints. However, our medallions are anything but standard. Our geometrically exact epoxy-grout joints have a thickness of a mere 3/64th inch and the epoxy-coated, scrim fabric backing on our medallions is further proof of our unsurpassed work skills and regard for a top-quality product.

For those customers who require unassembled pieces, we ship pieces with a detailed map that is packaged for intuitive on-site assembly.

Today, you can own an unassembled and/or a one-piece Marvelous Medallion that is a manufactured work of art. Not long ago, artisans using hand tools spent hundreds of hours to create such medallions.
